Another huge nose bleed. With no warning or provocation, I suddenly had a huge nose bleed in the same nostril again. The initial released blood fell onto the floor. I hurried to the bathroom and took a wet towel. One end of the towel was used to scrub on the blood-stained floor while the other end was kept to my nose. Ugh. Tough one to stop too. What's wrong with me?!?!

is your nose too dry? perhaps more fluids? i used to have frequent nose bleeds but they've seemed to have stopped now.
